$1,450 + GST
- Everything included in the Bronze Assessment
- Site plan, scale 1:200 only

- Conceptual coloured 3D external view
- Development-approval options through an accredited private certifier or local council
- Design and approval quote; the initial Gold service fee is deducted from our fixed design and approval quote
What we assess
Our desktop study considers matters such as site location and orientation, access, site size and boundaries, context, underground services, vegetation and site condition, previous council records, topography, easements, rights of way, planning controls, historical use, and available utility connections.

These are desktop feasibility assessments based on available information. They are not a guarantee of development approval. Council, certificate, consultant, engineering, surveying, legal and other third-party fees are separate unless specifically stated in writing. Prices are in Australian dollars and are plus GST.
